看了这Email，我可以做的不止是forwarding，还有offer to test if my bone marrow is a match. My first thought was to call the no. above。 But I called up friends for advice instead.

Eventually I called the no. above only to find out it is invalid. Maybe my colleague is right, the photos in the email could be real but the email is a spam to create massive traffic to the servers.
